Access Statement for Holiday Apartment
The apartment is all on one level with a small step into the entrance hall from the car park.
All floors are wooden except for the carpeted bedroom
The bathroom has a conventional shower with sliding door. There is a chair in the bathroom.
Access to the south facing patio is via double French doors and a small step.
Whilst offering no special facilities the apartment is accessible to those with modest movement difficulties.
