Immediately opposite the caravan park a one bedroom ground floor holiday apartment is available for rent, complete with its own private south facing terrace with garden furniture overlooking a small paddock.
The holiday apartment has been incorporated into a barn conversion which has been built as our new family home. It has a separate entrance to the main dwelling and is ideal for use by friends or relatives using the holiday parks.
The apartment is well furnished and consists of a large entrance hall with plenty of room for coats and wellies! There is a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. The sitting room has french doors leading to the terrace, a two seater sofa bed, arm chairs, TV and DVD player. The bedroom has one double and one single bed with plenty of storage space. There is a good sized shower room with unlimited hot water. Full underfloor heating and electricity is included and the apartment is fully equipped for four people together with bed linen for the bedroom and sofa bed.
