Enter our Photographic Competition and win a prize. Anyone can enter who is staying onsite with us and has actually taken the image. The day starts at 10am with local photographer Neil Bigwood giving a short 10 minute talk on what maybe best to capture.
Its easy to submit your potentially wining image. Just submit your image on-line via a form within 7 days of the event. The form will go live on the day of the event. You must have permission to have taken the image and allow Monkton Wyld Holiday Park to use the image in a gallery of images and promotional materials.

The Melplash Agricultural Show takes place at the Showground, West Bay, Bridport on Thursday 22nd August 2013. Attracting around 18,000 visitors a year from town and country, it is no surprise that it is regarded as the South West’s Premier one day Agricultural Show, and is known by regular visitors as the ‘friendly’ Show.
The show offers a fun-filled, action packed weekend for all ages. The Dorset County Show highlights include a Gymanstics Display Team, Parkour, Titan the Robot, Falconry, Carriage Driving, Fun Fair, Cookery Demonstrations, Terrier Racing, Sheep Shearing, Gun Dog Displays and lots lots more!
The Craft Festival on Exeter's Cathedral Green
The 2013 Exeter Craft Festival will be held on Friday 5th July and Saturday 6th July from 10.am until 6.00 pm on Friday and from 9.30 am until 5.00 pm on Saturday.
Stockland Fair 2013

All 1st place winners in classes 1 to 7 inclusive to be entered for the Bob Wine Memorial Plaque. Bob Wine judged our Dog show last year. Bob was a Kennel Club championship level judge and judged at Crufts. Sadly Bob passed away last year. He was a lovely, kind man and he will be really missed.

All is in place for this year's Festival with a programme of events which surpasses even that of previous years. BENJAMIN GROSVENOR headlines the music events with a piano recital in the church of St.Mary's. At the age of 11 years old, Benjamin was the youngest ever winner of the keyboard section of the BBC Young Musician of the Year in 2004 and has gone on to be one of the world's most talented and celebrated concert pianists.

Tar Barrel Website is intention is to go ahead as usual with this year's events with our Carnival procession on Saturday the Friday 26th October followed by our Flaming Tar Barrels on Monday 5th November.

The Diggerland JCB Stunt Team are signed-up to perform their gravity-defying routine in the Mole Valley Farmers’ Main Arena.
Lyme Regis is the place to be on bonfire night. Join the crowds of people who come to enjoy a fantastic firework display over Lyme Bay and warm themselves by the bonfire on the beach. Fireworks at 18.30.
A week packed with different events to suit all ages – from scavenger hunts and children’s fun to fireworks and late night dances – you’re sure to find something at Beer Regatta.
The focus is fun, the mood is happy; hopefully the weather is fine, but even if rainy, the welcome will always be warm.

An annual event in Devon, Honiton Hill Rally is held at Stockland, 5 miles east of Honiton.
