Luxury Farm House - Sleeps Eight + 2

Our 17C farmhouse has been completely refurbished and stylishly decorated and makes the perfect place for a luxury family holiday or group of 10 guests. Three large bedrooms plus a fourth children's TV room with a double sofa bed provides comfortable sleeping accommodation for everyone.

With its blend of a quiet location, alongside the beautiful woods of Monkton Wyld but within three miles of both Lyme Regis and Charmouth and the famous Jurassic Coastline, you are never short of things to do. Local villages and towns still retain their individuality with meandering streets and great country pubs tucked away down country lanes.

The house is surrounded by large lawns on two sides so there is plenty of room for children to play.

The farmhouse combines quality and style with luxury furnishings and those little comforting touches. The new kitchen conveniently leads through to the dining room which, with a large wood burner, has all you need for great dinners and memorable moments.

The double French doors from the lounge open onto a large south facing patio with BBQ, outdoor furniture and a great space for enjoying summer evenings. In addition one beach towel and one beach mat per person is provided.

The farmhouse is open all year and with full central heating included in winter rates and with a second wood-burner in the lounge Monkton Wyld is an ideal cosy winter retreat for couples and families seeking a relaxing break.

Advanced bookings are from Saturdays to Saturdays only. Entry time is 4.00pm but you are welcome to leave your luggage should you wish to arrive earlier and visit the local beach! You must vacate the Farm House by 10.00am on the day of departure, so that we are able to clean the property for the next guests.

Short breaks Mid week and weekend bookings available except during main summer season. Prices are pro rata standard rates plus a £20 per night short break supplement. Please phone for availability.

The accommodation is for Eight people plus two, (2 double beds, 4 single beds and double sofa bed) We regret that no dogs are allowed in the Farm House.

The Farm House is beautifully furnished and equipped. A housekeeping deposit of £100 will be held against any breakages, damage, excessive cleaning etc and is held on separate credit card details which are taken on arrival when collection the key.

All linen, towels, heating and hot water is included. Beach towels may be borrowed.

There are two wood burners. A large box of wood is provided on arrival. Extra wood is available at £4.00 per bag.  Log baskets are by each wood burner.

A deposit of 25% is required for the total cost of the holiday at the time of booking with the balance to be paid four weeks before arrival. Bookings can be paid by cheque, bank transfer or debit card.  A 3% handling charge is made for credit card transactions.

All short term bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, failure to arrive or early departure of a holiday then we reserve the right to retain the full cost of the holiday. We will attempt to relet the holiday and if successful, will offer a refund for the days relet. We recommend you take out holiday insurance.
