Immediately opposite the caravan park a one bedroom ground floor holiday apartment is available for rent, complete with its own private south facing terrace with garden furniture overlooking a small paddock.

The holiday apartment has been incorporated into a barn conversion which has been built as our new family home. It has a separate entrance to the main dwelling and is ideal for use by friends or relatives using the holiday parks.

The apartment is well furnished and consists of a large entrance hall with plenty of room for coats and wellies! There is a  fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. The sitting room has french doors leading to the terrace, a two seater sofa bed, arm chairs, TV and DVD player. The bedroom has one double and one single bed with plenty of storage space. There is a good sized shower room with unlimited hot water. Full underfloor heating and electricity is included and the apartment is fully equipped for four people  *Bed linen not provided for sofabed - only duvet and pillows supplied.

Arrival times from 2.00pm and the apartment must be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure.

Short breaks from Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday are available at the start and end of season. These are subject to late bookings only. Prices are pro rata standard rates plus a £10 per night short break supplement.

All linen, heating, hot water and electricity included. *Bed linen not provided for sofabed - only duvet and pillows supplied.*

We regret no dogs are allowed in the apartment.

A 50% deposit must be made on booking, with the remainder of the balance payable four (4) weeks before the start of the holiday booking.  If a booking is made less than 4 weeks before the start of the holiday please send the full rental charges at the time of booking.  Bookings can be paid by cheque, bank transfer or debit card.  A 3% handling charge is made for credit card transactions.   In the event of cancellation, failure to arrive or early departure of a holiday then we reserve the right to retain the full cost of the holiday. We will attempt to re-let the holiday and if successful, will offer a refund for the days re-let. We recommend you take out holiday insurance.
