Our newly decorated and stylishly furnished Holiday Cottage is the perfect place for a group of 4 guests.  The Holiday Cottage is opposite the Monkton Wyld Holiday Park and it provides plenty of room for four guests. With it's blend of quiet location, overlooking the beautiful forest of Monkton Wyld but within a 3 mile access to the famous Jurassic Coastline, you are guaranteed never to be short of things to do. 

There is also a shop on the Monkton Wyld Holiday Park within walking distance for all the necessities.  For the more intrepid shopper, the lovely towns of Axminister, Lyme Regis and Bridport boast Tesco's, Co-op, Morrisions, Lidls and a range of shops within easy driving distances.

The cottage combines quality and style with luxury furnishings and those little comforting touches.  There is parking and the cottage has been fitted with a brand new kitchen which conveniently connects to the large dinning room. 

The quiet of the forest is all around you and there are beautiful walks and wildlife right on your doorstep.

Advanced bookings are from Sundays to Sundays only. Entry time is 2.00pm but you are welcome to leave your luggage should you wish to arrive earlier and visit the local beach! You must vacate the Farm House by 10.00am on the day of departure, so that we are able to clean the property for the next guests.

Short breaks Mid week and weekend bookings available except during main summer season. Prices are pro rata standard rates plus a £20 per night short break supplement. Please phone for availability.

The accommodation is for Four guests (1 double bed,  2 single beds)  Dogs are allowed in the Farm House.

The Holiday Cottage is beautifully furnished and equipped. A housekeeping deposit of £50 will be held against any breakages, damage, excessive cleaning etc and is held on separate credit card details which are taken on arrival when collection the key.

All linen, towels, heating and hot water is included. Beach towels may be borrowed.

A deposit of 25% is required for the total cost of the holiday at the time of booking with the balance to be paid four weeks before arrival. Bookings can be paid by cheque, bank transfer or debit card.  A 3% handling charge is made for credit card transactions.

All short term bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, failure to arrive or early departure of a holiday then we reserve the right to retain the full cost of the holiday. We will attempt to relet the holiday and if successful, will offer a refund for the days relet. We recommend you take out holiday insurance.
