How do I make a booking?
You can ideally make a booking with us direct by calling 01297 808 804 or filling in our booking enquiry form below. You can also call the Camping & Caravanning Club call centre on 0845 130 7633 or 024 7647 5426.
What are the parks opening and closing dates?
We open Friday 17th March 2017 and close Monday 30th October 2017.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrivals from 1pm and departures by 12pm, early and late arrivals are down to the parks discretion and must be by prior arrangement. Please remember that our security gate is locked at 11.00 pm and no arrivals after that time on site, but there is an overnight car park about 75 meters further down Scotts Lane from the Main Entrance where you can park until the park opens in the morning.
What do we do if we arrive very late ?

Do we have any fully serviced pitches?
No but we do have plenty of water points all per the park, two CDP points and a full Motorhome service area.
What is the payment method?
We ask that a deposit is taken at the time of booking, this will be either 25% of the booking or if under £100, the deposit would be £25.00. The balance is left to pay on arrival.
What is the postcode for the park?
Can we allocate a pitch before arrival?
Unfortunately not, but we will always try our utmost to adhere to all customers requests.
Can I make amendments to my booking?
Yes, we would recommend that you contact us direct, but you can also speak to the Camping & Caravanning Club.
Can we have an extra vehicle?
Extra vehicles are free but at busy periods must be parked at the wardens discretion.
Do we except group bookings?
Yes, and can be booked the same as above, but we would recommend that you contact us direct.
Can friends come and visit us?
Friends are more than welcome to visit, are welcome to go to reception for directions, however, if staying over night we do ask that reception are informed and an extra occupancy payment must be made.
Do we charge for awnings?
No extra charge for awnings.
Do we charge for pets?
No charge for pets, but we do ask that dogs are kept on leads at all times on the park, and that owner pick up any fowling after them, we have bins provided all over the park.
Do we except Rallies?
Yes, but we do have restrictions on certain periods of the year.
Do we have disabled facilities?
Our disabled facilities are suitable for those requiring that little extra space to allow wheelchair access.
Each shower block has a family room which also caters for partially disabled. Access is via ramps and there is plenty of space for visitors to have an assistant with them.

Do you have any onsite facilities?
We have a well stocked onsite shop, two wonderful children play areas, and food vans that visit four nights a week.
Do we have WiFi ?
We are in the process of updating our broadband services, please contact us for more information.
Can I have a BBQ?
BBQ’s are permitted but must be raised off of the ground, the onsite staff can help you with this.
Are we close to the seaside?
We are roughly three and a half miles form Charmouth & Lyme Regis. You can walk to both destinations (and many more). We have full description, laminated cards at reception that you can rent, however most walks do require a taxi back, this all depending on your own walking preferences.
Do we have a bus stop near by?
Yes, we have a bus stop within a 20 minute, easy walk, timetables can be obtained from reception.
