Advanced bookings are from Sundays to Sundays only. Entry time is 2.00pm but you are welcome to leave your luggage should you wish to arrive earlier and visit the local beach! You must vacate the  Holiday Cottage by 10.00am on the day of departure, so that we are able to clean the property for the next guests.

Short breaks Mid week and weekend bookings available except during main summer season. Prices are pro rata standard rates plus a £10 per night short break supplement. Please phone for availability.

The accommodation is for Four people, (1 double bed, 2 single beds) Dogs are allowed in the Holiday Cottage.

The Holiday Cottage is beautifully furnished and equipped.  A housekeeping deposit of £50 will be held against any breakages, damage, excessive cleaning etc and is held on separate credit card details which are taken on arrival when collecting the key. 

All linen, towels, heating and hot water is included.  Beach towels may be borrowed.

A 50% deposit must be made on booking, with the remainder of the balance payable four (4) weeks before the start of the holiday booking.  If a booking is made less than 4 weeks before the start of the holiday please send the full rental charges at the time of booking.  Bookings can be paid by cheque, bank transfer or debit card.  A 3% handling charge is made for credit card transactions.   In the event of cancellation, failure to arrive or early departure of a holiday then we reserve the right to retain the full cost of the holiday. We will attempt to re-let the holiday and if successful, will offer a refund for the days re-let. We recommend you take out holiday insurance.
