Our Terms And Conditions
All bookings for pitches are subject to the following conditions:-
- Please send a stamped addressed envelope for acknowledgment of deposit
- Pitches must be vacated by 12 noon. However, if space permits, and with permission from the wardens, vans may be parked elsewhere or left on pitch FOC until 3.30 p.m. on day of departure. Temporary parking is available for early arrivals.
- All children must be under adult supervision when using play equipment. Please make sure the rules for the trampoline are observed.
- Only one car may be parked on each pitch - extra cars to be parked as directed.
- Pup tents /Gazebos are allowed by permission only and must be pitched as directed.
- Dogs to be kept on lead at all times and to be exercised in the separate paddock provided or off the park. Any owner allowing their dog to foul the site will be asked to leave without a refund. Any accidental dog fouling must be cleaned up immediately.
- Drive at walking pace.
- For safety reasons we cannot allow the riding of bicycles on the site in high season. This decision was reluctantly made.
- Considerate behaviour towards other visitors and the site itself makes for a happy, relaxed atmosphere!
- This right is reserved to refuse admittance or to terminate the visit of any person or persons whose conduct is detrimental to Monkton Wyld Farm or Monkton Wyld Farm Caravan Park or to other visitors.
- The owners will not accept liability in respect of any person or the property of any person using the park howsoever caused or sustained.
- The adjacent Monkton Wyld Farm does not constitute part of Monkton Wyld Farm Caravan and Camping Park and there is no right of access. Permission may be given to visit the farm by arrangement.
- Any deposit forms part of the total bill for the booking. The final bill is the total fee less any deposit paid. In the event of cancellation, failure to arrive, or early departure of a booked holiday, Monkton Wyld Farm Touring Caravan And Camping Park (MWF) reserves the right to retain the deposit either in part or full.
- In the event of cancellation, failure to arrive or early departure of a holiday when full payment in advance is required, MWF reserves the right to retain the full cost of the holiday. MWF will attempt to re-let the holiday pitch and, if successful, will offer a refund for the days re-let.
- Telephone alterations to booked holiday dates must be confirmed either by letter, fax or email..
