Honiton

Street Market is every TUESDAY and SATURDAY in the High Street. Honiton is renown for its Antique shops and Lace, it's the place to visit.

Collectibles and curios, plants, flowers, vegetables, bakery, confectionery, crafts, gifts, books, cards, fabrics and textiles plus many more!Honiton still has the advantage of a high street unspoiled by the major chain shops. Small boutiques, antique and interesting book shops dominate the high street together with some lovely cafes and grocery stores.

Westbay is home to many, many fish and chip shops! Great on a Sunday when all the bikers get together.  The beach and cliffs are very different to Charmouth and Lyme Regis.

Axminster

Street Market – Every THURSDAY. A smaller selection of market stalls but well worth a visit. Axminster is famous for its production of carpets since 1755

Axminster Carpets are the only UK manufacturer to purchase, wash, card, spin and dye their own yarn. Axminster Power Tools – Shopping for the serious and not so serious "DIY" enthusiast. The Tourist Information centre can provide you with the answer to every query! Last but not Least – River Cottage Canteen - At the Local Produce Store they stock a wide selection of the best local and seasonal provisions including fruit and vegetables, meat and bread, pickles and preserves, wine and beer. Virtually all of the produce has been sourced locally by Hugh and his team, from some of the finest South West producers.
