How do I make a booking?

By telephone, call 01297 808 804 during normal office hours, 7 days a week when the park is open, alternatively, fill in the booking enquiry form below. For Camping & Caravanning Club members, contact the Club’s call centre on 024 7647 5426 and ask to book at their Charmouth Site or visit the Club’s web site 

What are the parks opening and closing dates?

We open Friday 15th March 2019 and close Monday 11th November 2019.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Arrivals from 1pm and departures by 12 noon. N.B.  A security barrier is locked between 11.00pm and 7.00am, no vehicular access is allowed between these hours. A late night car park is provided for night time arrivals.

Do we have any fully serviced pitches?

Not at present, but we do have plenty of water points all around the park, two CDP points and a full Motorhome service area.

What is the payment method?

A deposit is taken at the time of booking, either £25.00 or 25% of the full amount, whichever is the larger. The balance is due on arrival.

What is the postcode for the park?

DT6 6DB

Can we choose a specific pitch?

Unfortunately not, but we will always try to help guests with their requests..

Can I make amendments to my booking?

Yes, please contact us directly. If you are  Camping and Caravanning Club member, you can also contact their call centre.

Can we bring an extra vehicle?

Yes, but to be parked as instructed by the site manager..

Do we accept group bookings?

Yes, and can be booked the same as above, but we would recommend that you contact us directly.

Can friends come and visit?

Of course, however, if they would like to stay over night, they must pay the accommodation fees at reception.

Do we charge for awnings?

No extra charge for awnings.

Do we charge for pets?

There is no charge for pets.

Do we except Rallies?

We can accommodate rallies on the main park or on our rally field.  Please contact reception for details.

Are there facilities for the disabled?

There are two shower blocks, block A has a 100mm step to the main wash area, shower areas have level access, one shower room provides full ablution facilities suitable for the partially disabled and is accessible by wheelchair.    Block B has a fully equipped disabled facility, access is controlled by  RADAR key, (If you do not have your RADAR key, we hold spare keys which are available for a refundable deposit, please ask on arrival).  Click here for our Access Statement

Is Wi-Fi available?

We provide high speed wi-fi through our own dedicated fibre line.  The park wide wi-fi provides high speed browsing and is suitable for movie downloads.  At times of high demand the speed can be impaired but this is not usually the case.  There are no download limits. There is a charge for the service  payable via your device but when you first log on, there is a 5 minute free period when you can decide if it is suitable for your requirements.

Can I have a BBQ?

BBQ’s are permitted but must be raised off of the ground, we have off grounds stands to available,  please ask in reception.

Are we close to the seaside?

We are roughly three miles from both Charmouth & Lyme Regis.  We have walking cards available if you wish to walk to the coast.  A bus service operates to both Lyme and Charmouth, the stop is one mile from the site.

Is there a bus stop nearby?

There is a bus stop one mile from the site with a level walk, mainly on pavements. The service runs to both Lyme and Charmouth on an hourly basis. Timetables are available from reception.
