Track and Trace Registration Form
The Governments Track and Trace programme makes it a legal requirement for all visitors to the holiday park to notify us of the dates they are staying on park
This will ensure that should any guest become infected with the virus, it will be possible, through Track and Trace, to help establish who else that person has been in contact with.
This form is for Seasonal Pitch Holders and owners of Holiday Caravans only. (Visitors with tents and touring caravans are registered on site at check in.)
Please complete the form and include names all persons in your party giving arrival and departure dates. Information provided will only be be used if required under the Track and Trace scheme.
